Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges levied on your order.
No Cancellation On Pre-Order products and orders made during special occasion/offer or emergency like COVID-19 crisis. If you still want to cancel, we will deduct cancellation charges.

Note: You must return in its original and proper packaging with company seal, for a refund. We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.
Return/Refund Policy
A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
You must return the Product in its well & proper, original Packaging with Company Seal for a full refund.
We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery of the order.
If you have received an item that is damaged/defective or wrong, just email us at the earliest at sjit@gmail.com or send return request through our portal for return your order.
Note: We will refund the amount after deducting the charges if applicable. We will refund within 3 to 5 working days from application date if it requires to refund. It can take upto 7 working days to reflect in your account (original source) after refund. For express products, images are indicative only. Though we try our level best to deliver as per the image shown. We reserve the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product. No refund/ re-delivery claim in this respect will be entertained. In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
Return and Replacement Procedure

At SJIT, we adhere to a strict policy of supplying only genuine distribution products with warranties ranging from 1 to 3 years as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). To facilitate a hassle-free process for returns and replacements, we have established the following procedure:
Genuine Products and Warranties:
We are committed to providing authentic products with warranties in accordance with the OEM's specifications.
Warranty Handling:
Any warranty claims will be managed and honored by the OEM through their nearest service centers.
Simple Returns and Refunds Process:
We have streamlined procedures to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
A) Product Verification:
Each product is equipped with a sticker containing detailed information for open-box delivery verification, ensuring transparency and authenticity.
B) Security Measures: (Timing 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat.)
All products are sealed with security tape. Before opening any product, the security tape must be peeled off in front of our video verification team for confirmation of receipt in intact condition.
C) Video Call Verification: (Timing 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat.)
Before opening any products, the buyer is required to make a video call to the following numbers:

D) Product Receipt Confirmation: (Timing 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat.)
Upon receiving the product, the buyer must call the above office contact numbers of SJIT for open-box delivery. A video call must be initiated before opening the product to confirm its receipt in intact condition. If any transport damage is observed, our executive will authorize the return of the product.
E) Product Usage: (Timing 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat.)
Once the product is verified via video call, the buyer can proceed to use it with confidence.
F) Transit Damage Resolution: (Timing 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, Mon-Sat.)
In the event of transit damage, a unique case ID will be created, and details of the product will be recorded. Upon approval, a replacement product will be provided.
Warranty and After-Sales Support:
Product warranties and after-sales support will always be provided directly from the OEM.
